It's been an up and down time. I/we have been trying to eat better, but work and travel schedules have conspired against us. A lot of fast food was eaten in the last two weeks, but it seems that I have done enough "good" to offset it.
Some happier news on the homefront: Had a nice time at the surprise birthday/Easter weekend up north in LI. Actually working toward the real separation in NJ. Getting ready to do the taxes and refi the house.
Things seem to be slowly coming together. Don't want to put too much stock in a few good things, but I am starting to feel better about life in general.
I know that work will continue to be a challenge, and I've got a lot to do in the overall life improvement category. I know that I can do it!
