Protein & High Fiber Cereal, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: Light Ranch Dressing, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Shrimp. Dinner: Barbecue Potato Chips, Nectarines, Mildly Sweet & Spicy Bread & Butter Chip Pickles, Low Fat Mayonnaise, Tuna in Water (Canned), Tomatoes, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Goldfish Original Crackers, TLC Chewy Granola Bars - Trail Mix, Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips. more...
