Need to keep up with my food journaling. Especially since I'm supposed to be watching my fat and cholesterol intake since I've found that my triglycerides are high. Will start focusing on that again.
Portion control has been easy as of late. My tummy's shrunk, things are easier to manage. With Fest over hopefully the need for calories and fat will decrease some too and I can eat a lil healthier again.
Also, I think I was on a plateau for Fest since I had maintained 158 since the beginning of September, and one week after Fest I've lost two pounds. Good deal.
Just back to keeping track. I'm about one pound from the 20 marker, I hope to hit that by the end of the week.
