Not sure what's going on here. I've been quite good about the carbs, with the sole exception of one slice of pizza on subday. I also went on a hard 10k run Sunday, so maybe my body is retaining water.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
