Finally seeing results. My actual weight just after New Year on 6/1 was 86.6. 😟
So was 85 when started the app calorie counting
My weight was stable at 84 for a year doing 16:8 IT but wasn’t losing
Realised I had to calorie count
Old Weight Watcher points person for about 3 losses. Each time 16 kg.
So cal count made sense
And here we go. It’s working. As it does. Just have to stick to it
Hubby has a big milestone birthday in July so want to look yummy for that. Lol
On we go
180.6 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
