Soooooooo!!! Now that baby is out and 4 weeks old, mommy can start trying to get rid of the fat. The day I gave birth I weighed 89.8kg which was mostly baby and all the things that come with him.
Day 1 is officially today and I'm starting at 81.2kg :) Not too shabby!!!
Goal for Feb is to go back to 78kg (which is what i weighed when I found out I was preggies).
Will be eating 2000 calories(breastfeeding) with a max of 100g of carbs for the first week, then dropping the carbs till I'm eating max of 50g a day!!
