I think of sweets constantly, but am committed to a lifestyle change and I know that this introductory stage is very important. I will worry about the sweets later when I hit my 160 goal weight.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 25.2 lb a week
