Waiting on an angel's Journal, 05 October 2008

I am thankful that work is picking up, but going in at 3am is really messing with my head and eating habits. I try not to eat anything but my fiber one bar, but the later in the day I get hungrier for some reason. I think I'll try and combat this with more water and more veggies. I can't believe I've been faithful to adding food in for over a month. Thats one small victory! I usually lose interest after a few weeks, or if I "mess up" I usually give up and start again. Yay me! I really think this time I'm in diet mode, as well as writing to this thing really keeps me a little bit better than I would be...Haven't had a binge in that time. Hoping that that stops. Have a good day guys I have to go to work. Yay. lol

You are doing a great job and your graph proves it! I'll bet 3am is messing with you. That would be tough to adjust to. Keep planning your food the night before and it will become habit. Maybe try some lean protein? Egg white omlets seem to hold me better than most anything, maybe with salsa or nofat cheest, and they are practically no calories.

Just back from hols and agree with bethru, omelletes are a great idea and you can nearly make them into a Quich, if you beat them well with 1 yolk add your veg, put in oven proof dish, serve with salad veg/ steamed veg. and whilst cooking go have a relaxing shower. Then eat it and then and only then turn on yr computer, You should be so relaxed by then. Give it a try,
