New to this site :). Very excited to start eating healthy (currently on day 4)! I've been a vegetarian for 3 years but a very bad one. A vegetarian who rarely eats vegetables haha. Well thats changing now that I'm starting eat to live and so far I feel pretty amazing. So until I reach my goal weight I'm turning vegan and hopefully when I get there I will start incorporating a limited amount of dairy products. I'm a university student so if I can keep this up during exam time without binging on junkfood, I can make it through anything!
