Small loss due to bowl of popcorn.... and lamb riblets, with corn on cob with butter and spice lunch (1260calories for lunch alone). Kept my water up at 4,2 liters. Think that was the difference between loss and gain.
300.0 lb Lost so far: 101.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

how much cal do u eat a day mike

Since monday ive reduced to 1500-1600 per day. Before that i tried 2518cal per day as suggested by vshred
