Wow! I actually gain this week :( I'm so upset I need to exercise more
157.8 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Don't get to down on yourself. We all have moments, just keep going.

There are those moments of gaining - learn something from the previous week and move forward. You can do this!! You have lost over 5 pounds so far - that great! I also gained last week - so let's make this week a great one...

I'm not sure how far you are into exercising or if you are just beginning but I know I lost some and then gained a little but it was actually my body replacing fat with muscle. You will start losing again! Stick with it!
