Yesterday was the first day that I recorded what I ate. Maybe it's a learning process for this system, but I had difficulty recording my foods. It will come though.

I have trouble recording my foods when I go out to eat. If I am eating food that is easy to find (and most are) I have no problems. Last night I went to a local pizza place that servies coal pizza. I don't think I can find that and I have no idea how to list it so I don't. The first 3 weeks I did a good job recording but now not so much.

Deena could you list it by ingredients? I've never heard of a coal pizza. But, if it's a pizza it must be good. :-) I'm making it a point to list what I'm eating so I can identify when I'm sabotaging myself consciencely or unconsciencely. It's taking time to work through this. But, I think in the end it will be worth it.
