Woo Hoo! Got below 236. 235.9! Continuing the low carb diet. Carnivore/Keto. My goal for February is to get to 220. Will start to exercise beginning on Monday.
235.9 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
