Holding Steady. I actually don't mind 130 lbs is a sweet spot I find. I found a new drink only 37 Calories per serving. Ginger Tea Extract. 130.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
