Been sick with Bronchitis and Asthma has kicked into full force. Food intake has been low the last few days but keeping up with drinking lots of water. As for exercise only doing it the days I can breathe. But on a good note I am done 5 lbs since the beginning of March.

Do you eat dairy? Have you tried avoiding it when you're sick? It can really help with asthma and breathing because dairy causes excess mucous in some people.

I try to avoid dairy when I am sick because it usually does make my asthma worse. thanks
