HA HA NO EXERCISE AND STILL LOST THE POUNDS NEEDED. I KNOW IT'S JUST WATER BUT I AM SUPER EXCITED. GOING TO THE GYM TONIGHT ALTHOUGH MY ASS STILL HURTS. I AM EATING AND SNACKING WHICH IS WHAT I AM SUPPOSE TO DO SO INSTEAD OF RICE OR POTATOES ITS MIXED VEGGIES. FISH, MEAT AND CHICKEN IS MY FRIEND.
