Last week was bad, there was a death in our extended family that shook me, and of course, Easter, though only one tiny reece cup was consumed by me. Little exercise (which I am blaming on freakishly cold weather), and no water drinking. And two slices of Veggie Wedgie were consumed. (I don't know if anyone eats these outside of the FAR greater Pittsburgh area, and I understand if you laugh at the name, it is a pizza crust with sub toppings: lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, pickles, mayo. There are several meat varieties, but I am a vegetarian) But I am determined to get back on track now. But I have to throw away the chips upstairs ;)
236.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

First I would like to say, sorry for the loss in your family. Second.. I know what a Veggie Wedgie is!!! I live 100 N of Pgh. It doesn't sound like you went of course too bad. Actually I think you did well. Like you said, you're getting back on track and that's the best thing you can do. Keep it up - you can do it!
