I’ve decided to switch to weekly weigh ins. I can be a bit obsessive and have a history of an eating disorder when I was younger so it really helps me not become hard on myself and switch to unhealthy habits.
This is my first weigh in, in a week. I’m a bit disappointed due to how hard I’ve worked but I’m very much trying to push that voice out of my head. Consistency is key and hard work pays off ! I’m building strong life habits not doing a crash diet and I need to constantly remind myself that.
