So, it's been a while, but I'm back. School started and I've been adjusting to my new routine.It's a new week and I plan to stey on track with my goals and keep my blood sugar regulated. I have lost a couple more pounds and now it's time for some much needed exercise to get my energy levels back up and tone up!
