lost the motivation, stopped running,not drinking enough and eating chocolates, cheese and sweet biscuits :-(
Must get back, I have run 10 minutes on the rebounder tonight but that's all I could manage!
129.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
