My weight seems to go up & down every day. It can make you so depressed somedays. Especially when you try so hard. I have been doing more yoga & exercising with my wii fit. love it. Makes me sore some days, thats how I know it is working.
134.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

If it makes your emotions roller coaster that badly, you should maybe try weighing in once a week. That's what most of the epxerts recommend. I personally don't becuase for now it keeps me motivated. If I find it is hurting me emotionally I will siwtch to once a week. It sounds like you may be at the point where it would be better to weigh only once a week.

simi is right ignore the scale...measure yourself and then once a week or so...remeasure...or just go by the clothing sizes...eventually you will figure out what works for you...good luck
