19.4 pounds from 1/2/20, and 10.6 in the last 3 weeks. Happy to see results from all the healthy eating 😊 I haven't added much exercise in yet as I have been working 60 hours a week but will when the weight loss slows.
201.2 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
