What an absolute and complete disaster this weekend has been. I've basically fallen completely off the wagon. I'm not even going to put in yesterday's food as it's too embarrassing.
So, it's time for a reboot. This morning's weigh in is I think largely due to water retention as a result of excessive sodium intake yesterday, so I don't find that to be too discouraging. But I really need to get back on track or I'm going to fail before even making my second milestone.
Breakfast is back to normal. Just need to push back through the "hungry" again and I'll be fine.

You know, it's nice to be able to look back weeks later and see how far you've pulled yourself back up. I would log your food for historical reference. We are our failures as much as our celebrations! Best of luck staying on track today, perhaps a distraction or reward is is order?
