This month I've been adding weights to my routine and have seen my body get slimmer because of it. My legs and arms are getting slimmer.

I just have to keep in mind my body will gain a little with weight training but I will burn more calories with muscles.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
