Good intake of Calories over the last 48 hours & has helped stabilize my weight loss. Not major, but close to +500 each day.


Heading to the gym & looking forward to a Hybrid WO. Some Landmine & Tire Flips for the first time this Year....bring on the Tractor 🚜 Size Tires!!
