The First Nova's Journal, 12 September 2010

I am bicycling again. I had to fix the bike and I missed the excersize that it gives. I must say that during the break from the bicycling I did more hiking & walking & I could really feel the different areas that were being worked. I like it !! I have to go. There is another 10 mile ride ahead of me today. Camera at my side, Fresh Air, Sunshine & 2lbs lighter !!

157.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
