Minimal exercise today - came down with chest cold and my asthma is so bad could not do any strenuous exercise.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Starting to feel a little better. If I could breathe then I wouldn't feel so bad. Still trying to get in some exercise when i fell up to it. Thanks
