ugh here we go again....from 2/01 to 3/18 i was on vacation, and ate my way back up from 195 to 216....21 lbs in a month in a half....wow!! neworleans for the super bowl, iceland, and cayman islands.....all out eating non stop and drinking and partying....well i've done the crime and i must do the time
213.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
