This last two weeks were tough! I began training for the 5k, realized I was REALLY out of shape, ate too many bad foods and went on a vacation!
My husband took me on a surprise vacation (4 days) for our anniversary. While it was a lot of fun, I broke so many of my personal rules. I ate and drank as much as I wanted and didn't fit one run in. I always have the personal motto, "You can do anything you want on vacation - it's vacation." So, I can't be too upset. I don't have another vacation unil mid-October, when we go to San Francisco.
Another week, another try! Eleven weeks to go until the Turkey Trot!
