Weighing in today. I dropped another two pounds. Only 10 more to go to reach my goal. Grateful to be on this nutrition during the party/treats season, it has been so easy to turn away sugar being on Optavia. I am going out of town for 10 days next month and I have decided to ship my Optavia food so it is there for me(stating with my daughter). It is so easy to stay on it and find lean and green almost anywhere I eat. Example: I went to McDonalds and I was really in the mood for a Big Mac. I ordered a side salad with vinaigrette, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a Big Mac with No middle bun. I ate the chicken without the bun and scraped off the mayo. Then I scraped off the lettuce and sauce off the BM and threw away the buns, loaded the top of the salad with the burger and ate it with a knife and fork. SOOOOOOO yummy. Granted I can't eat that every day and still lose weight, but once in a while I'm good.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
