Well I've completely changed how I eat. I only cheat on the weekends. I juice now. I also drink Lemon Water every morning and have been doing cardio classes for the past 2 months 4 times a week. And I for some reason can't loose weight.

hi! I looked at your daily calorie count and if you are logging everything, I'd be concerned why you're not losing. have you been to your doc lately? keep on trying, working out makes such a difference, I started juicing/smoothies too!
