I just knew that the scale would show good numbers!!! I've been doing great on everything I've set my mind to.
It's Saturday, normally Saturdays my husband lies around the house all day because he's unmotivated to keep himself from being bored, and I do some sort of housework. Today, I'm modifying that version, where I take the husband, the dogs, and the bikes and spend the day outside - doesn't matter where - just 8 hours of no couch time.
