A Steady 130 lbs. Going to be very disciplined today. Weekends are my most tempting days where i tend to binge, but I will be good this weekend. So far so good.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
