What the heck happened? :(

The cookies were pure weakness: I had one (which isn't excessive), but then couldn't resist another. One of my old problems: I need to nip that in the bud before it undoes everything I've achieved so far...

Lunch and dinner were due to me going out with others for both meals and not being particularly strong about my choices. I actually felt "stuffed" for the first time in weeks, and it reminded me how I really don't like that feeling at all.

Still, despite all that, I probably still haven't eaten more than I've used. So I just need to get back on track. My next milestone is still 5lb away, and I have a little bar of Bourneville waiting for me as a reward for when I get there. :)
208.2 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
