2 days in egg fast and down 0.9kg which is good but only 0.3 down from my lightest. I'm really hoping that I will get my period today and I'll then go down a significant amount. I feel like it's coming and according to my app I'm due so hopefully I can get the heavy days out of the way before we head to Port Macquarie for our family get away.
