Trying to get serious about loosing weight (again) I’ve struggled with it all my life but today I weighed in at the heaviest I’ve been in 25 years.
I want to make a change.
I know that I have allowed my grief and struggles over the last three years, the sadness over loss of four people close to me (dad, brother, aunt and best friend) to cause a substantial change in the relationship with food. But know it’s time for a change.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
