Weighed in after breakfast this morning. Didn't even think about it. :/ So back up over 300 again. Le sigh. But I'll work hard and eat lots of veggies today so I can see it at 299 again tomorrow :D Also going to go to the gym and get a mile or two in. Not going to work on my abs though, i think I pulled strained a muscle a bit there, so I didn't do anything to aggervate it yesterday and I think I'd be find walking today, just don't want to over do it. And I think I'm going to stop by winndixie for some lemon pepper rotissorie(sp?) turkey breast. Yum. And pita pockets, sprouts and some italian cheese. :) I've been wanting it for days so figured I might as well give in, since it is very healthy. ^.^
301.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
