Things have been busy and money is very low, so dieting hasn't been on the important list. But I NEED to do something. So this challenge is just what I need to get going. (cruise to lose). I'm starting to make dinner before we have any sports activity at night so that way we can eat when we get home at 6:45. instead of cooking when we get home and eating at 8pm. Bedtime. Been walking the kids to school 3 to 4 days a week so atleast getting in 2-5 miles each time. But the weather is supposed to turn rainy and cold so I'm going to GET ON THAT TREAD MILL IF IT KILLS ME. EVEN IF IT IS AT MIDNIGHT. Guess I need to give myself a little pep talk to get things moving. My frame of mind hasn't been in the best spirits for a couple of weeks and need to figure out how to get out of this funk. Really need to destress i guess. Thanks for listening to my ramble.

My middle childs birthday is Wednesday and he just lost his first took today. He is so excited. First tooth and turning 6 all in the same week. yeh..
163.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

Welcome back!! Its good to hear from you again! I am looking forward to the October challenge, as well. The September one was GREAT and really motivating, so I'm sure this one will be, too. Sounds like your little guy is having a very big week!!!

I know being a mom, cook, chauffer and tooth fairy is difficult. I personally was the worst tooth fairy ever... our tooth fair was absent minded and often late on delivery. Hehehe I think we all suffer from "sprit droop" now and then. Must be time to exercise!! exercise if proven to improve our moods and get rid of depression...so exercise sounds like a good way to pep yourself right back up. Try for two days and let me know if it works.. Ill be doing the same thing!
