One day of bad eating plus PMS and I put on 5 pounds of water weight that I have been trying to take off this week. I still have .8 pounds to get back to last weeks weight.
NOTE TO SELF: STAY AWAY FROM ALL GRAINS AND DAIRY!!! THEY CAUSE INFLAMMATION AND WATER WEIGHT GAIN!
