After two months of being on some sort of diet, I consciously took last week off. I tried to make reasonable choices, but I did have pizza and garlic bread, and regular soda at dinner. Tomorrow I will start anew, and perhaps loose a bit more. Hopefully.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

don't be discouraged, even though you are not losing much, at least you are losing and not gaining. one day at a time, we'll get there. keep up the good work. I too been bad with my eating habits but i'm not quite giving up yet.
