a big gain! (0.6gms overnight) periods due? apparently they are 2 days away. or maybe because I went over cals yesterday. I went to a one year olds birthday and i ate now chicken, seafood salad and then a maccas burger with no bun for dinner. I feel like my periods are due so hopefully it's just that and therefore a false reading. I knew 84kg was going to be hard to get under for me ... it has been that bench mark for me over the years. I've started an egg fast today and am intending to do it for 3 or 4 days. hopefully I can stick to it and move the weight loss along.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
