Well been eating more still working on how many calories I can eat when doing the fasting and still get the last few pounds off. Not doing so well on the exercise front its been cold and or rainy around here.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 98.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
