Well, this is a wake up call. All the progress I’ve made down the drain. The past 7.5 months I’ve separated from my husband and moved out on my own, switched careers and lost a few key relationships in my life (a result of the separation).

Starting again today. No excuses.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
