Fechando o terceiro dia fazendo jejum de 24 horas. Única refeição a janta: 2 ovos com, 2 fatias de queijo. Sobremesa gelatina zero. Já se foram mais de 2 kg. Enquanto o peso cair vou manter o jejum de 24 horas.
185.8 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
