My over all goal is 2/3 lb lost per week for the year, but I get these desires to really push my weight loss like I used too. Right now I really want to lose a lb a day for what ever reason
342.2 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
