Down a couple of points🎆. I have been consistently under my calories for each day and had a perfect macro day yesterday. I should probably weigh less often, but I can't help it 🤦‍♀️
206.4 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
