Not quite the success I was aiming for, since I pointed everything religiously but I suppose a loss is a loss and that's all that matters. Aunt Flo's visit certainly won't have helped and the antibiotics have knocked off kilter too......last night's party for a friend's little girl was also difficult as I did succumb to some party food. I thought I'd handled it quite well....but in the cold light of day, I think I may have gone over the 10 points I allowed for it.

Anyway, another week and I'm determined to stick at it. Gone slightly over points today (1.5 over) so I need to pull that back but it will easy enough to do and we're planning a walk tomorrow so I'll get some activity points up there too. Onwards and upwards! :)
172.4 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.4 lb a week

good luck, doesn't sound too bad at all! if we dont reward ourselves once in a while by indulging, we'd spaz out and wolf down everything in sight! kudos to you by being selective and knowing what's working and what isnt. have fun walking(i need to do it too!)

Down is DOWN and if you've been putting up with Aunt Flo visiting, then its not unusual for those 1lbs not to drop until she goes packing. So don't you go letting her make you doubt yourself, as you're doing fine. I still believe that zig-zagging points is the best "weigh" to lose... so don't worry about going over today. You just keep up the great work there and those scales will go "onwards and downwards". Hope it's nice for your walk tomorrow and have a fantastic weekend! ;o)

Hiya, totally agree with the comments above, don't rely too much on scales go on how you feel, your clothes feel etc, the losses, small or big all add up over time to a much more healthier you and that is where we all want to be...Healthier and fitter... by Christmas you'll see that 14 lbs go and as with everyone on the planet the New Year will give extra zest to achieve the rest for the coming summer.... you're doing great and all the best for the coming week...X Denise :)
