Holding steady at 132 lbs. I'm in s state of ketosis this morning. Going to try and state in this state for the remainder of the day. I might just end up eating nothing for today to reset my body's carbohydrate level to a full zero. Then try my best to keep it below 20 grams.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
