well I knew it was not going to be a good week so only half a kilo gain is not the worst that could have happened.
No more guests due so should be able to get back into the diet routine.
260.6 lb Lost so far: 52.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
