Down 2.5 today! 🥳 Last week wasnt a perfect week but I was below calories 5 out of 7 days and the two j wentover my calorie goal I still stayed less than what I am burning. Overall not bad. Just got to keep taking it one day at a time.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
